Led by the strategic vision of Evans Jr., alongside the field expertise of Evans Senior and John Ureña, LCS Structural Contractors was built on a foundation of experience, discipline, and long-term craftsmanship. Established in 2023 through the growth and hands-on success of Licos Construction Services in restoration, remodeling, and mold remediation projects, our company was created with a clear purpose to build with quality, integrity, and lasting value, not just production speed.
As a self-performing subcontractor, we maintain complete control over every phase of construction through our highly skilled in-house crews, delivering precision in metal framing, drywall systems, acoustical ceilings, specialty finishes, and structural assemblies. Our team operates as a true extension of the project, bringing technical expertise, accountability, and proactive coordination to every stage of execution.
